VEG BYTZ UTTAPAM

Ingredients

  • Onion – 1 medium
  • Green Chilli – 2
  • Coriander leaves
  • Tomato
  • Veg Bytz – 1 packet
  • Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Veg Bytz – 1 packet
  • Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon

Method

  • Put some Health guard oil in a pan.
  • Add Veg Bytz in hot oil and let it cook.
  • Now add chopped onion and green chilli and cook it until the onion turns golden brown.
  • Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt as per taste and cook it till the raw flavor of spices is gone.
  • Add tomato to it, turn the flame to lowest and put chopped coriander.
  • Transfer Veg Bytz mixture to a plate.
  • To make uttapam take a bowl and add curd (vegan), salt and baking soda and water. Mix it to make a thick paste out of it.
  • Put some oil in a non stick pan, let it heat and spread the semolina batter on it.
  • Apply some oil on its corner and spread the Veg Bytz stuffing over it, apply some pressure on stuffing. Now turn the flame to lowest and cover it with a lid.
  • Flip the uttapam after some time and let it cook from for a few more minutes.
  • Turn off the flame. Serve it with tomato ketchup and Uttapam is ready to eat.
