- Put some Health guard oil in a pan.
- Add Veg Bytz in hot oil and let it cook.
- Now add chopped onion and green chilli and cook it until the onion turns golden brown.
- Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt as per taste and cook it till the raw flavor of spices is gone.
- Add tomato to it, turn the flame to lowest and put chopped coriander.
- Transfer Veg Bytz mixture to a plate.
- To make uttapam take a bowl and add curd (vegan), salt and baking soda and water. Mix it to make a thick paste out of it.
- Put some oil in a non stick pan, let it heat and spread the semolina batter on it.
- Apply some oil on its corner and spread the Veg Bytz stuffing over it, apply some pressure on stuffing. Now turn the flame to lowest and cover it with a lid.
- Flip the uttapam after some time and let it cook from for a few more minutes.
- Turn off the flame. Serve it with tomato ketchup and Uttapam is ready to eat.
