- Take a mixing bowl and put Ginger garlic paste, Green chilli paste, Black salt, Table salt, Meat masala, Chicken masala, Kitchen king masala, Red chilli powder, Degi mirch, Chat masala, Tikka masala, Fresh lemon juice, Mustard oil and Curd (vegan). Mix all these ingredients with the help of a spoon or whisk.
- Now add Veg Bytz and mix its pieces well with the marinade and refrigerate for an hour.
- After an hour either barbecue the marinated Veg Bytz for smoky flavor or cook it on a non-stick pan.
- Enjoy it with green chutney and tomato sauce while it is hot.
