For stuffing:
- Add 2 table spoon oil in a pan and let it heat. Now finely chopped Veg Bytz and cook it on high flame for 2 minutes.
- Now add all the vegetables, black pepper powder and salt to it, cook it for 5 minutes on high flame. After 5 minutes turn the flame off.
For spring roll:
- Take a bowl. Add refined flour, one tablespoon oil and a pinch of salt to it.
- Make dough with the help of lukewarm. Let the prepared dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Now make thin round sheet from prepared dough with the help of rolling pin.
- Cut the corners of this sheet and fill it with prepared stuffing. Make a roll and seal its corners.
- Deep fry the rolls in a pan till they turn golden brown.
- Once fried cut them and serve with ketchup or shezwan sauce.
