- Empty a packet of GoodDot Veg Btyz in a mixing bowl, add ginger garlic paste and salt to it. Mix it well and leave aside.
- Put Health guard oil in a pan and let it heat. Add whole garam masala in hot oil and let them pop.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
- Now add Veg Bytz pieces to it and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add mathaniya red chilli paste and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Take a bowl and add curd (vegan), red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds and mustard oil in it. Mix all the ingredients well, transfer it to the pan and cook it on medium flame for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Then turn the flame to lowest, cover the pan with a lid and cook it for another 10-15 minutes.
- Turn the flame off and garnish Spicy Veg Bytz with chopped coriander and serve.
