VEG BYTZ SOUTH INDIAN CURRY

Ingredients

  • Onion – 2 to 3 medium
  • Garlic pods – 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger – 1-inch piece
  • Green Chilli – 4 to 5
  • Curry leaves – 5 to 6 leaves
  • Tomato – 2 medium
  • Coriander – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetarian Bytz – 1 packet
  • Health guard oil – 3 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder – 3 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder – half teaspoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut – Grated

Method

  • Open a packet of Veg Bytz and cut the Veg Bytz into small pieces.
  • Put all the ingredients such as onion, green chilli, tomato, ginger, garlic, coconut, roasted cumin, Coriander seeds, etc. in a bowl.
  • Now transfer all these ingredients into a mixer grinder and make a paste out of it.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry Veg Bytz in it for 5 – 7 minutes.
  • Now add the prepared paste to it and cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
  • Add curry leaves and green chilli in it and then add all the RCM spices, cover it and cook for next 10 minutes.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with rice or paratha.
