- Add Veg Bytz pieces in a mixing bowl.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, curd (vegan) and all the spices and mix them well.
- Heat some oil and butter (vegan) in a pan.
- When butter (vegan) heats enough, add finely chopped onion to it and sauté until light golden in color. Once the onion is light golden, spread them on a tissue paper and let them cool completely. Crush these onions into small crumbs.
- Now cook the marinate in same oil for 5-10 minutes on high flame.
- Add cashew paste and crushed onion, cook it for 5 minutes.
- When oil starts separating, add chopped green chillies to it.
- Then add garam masala powder, cardamom powder, black pepper powder and mace powder to it, cover and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes remove it from flame and garnish with chopped coriander and serve.

- Coriander leaves (chopped) – 1 tablespoon

- Coriander powder- 2 teaspoon
- Turmeric – Half teaspoon
- Garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
- Mace powder(javitri) – Half teaspoon
- Cardamom powder – Half teaspoon
- GoodDot Vegetarian Bytz – 1 packet
- RCM Health Guard Oil – 3 tablespoon
- Curd (vegan) – 1 tablespoon
- Butter (vegan) – 1 tablespoon
