- Coarsely grind the Veg Bytz and transfer it onto a plate.
- Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and mix them well.
- Now add salt as per taste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Mix all these ingredients well.
- Add refined flour and a small amount of water in the above prepared mixture and make small kofta balls from it.
- Now put oil in a deep pan and let it heat.
- Deep fry the kofta balls in hot oil and transfer them to a plate.
- Put 2 to 3 tablespoon oil in a pan let it heat.
- Now add bay leaves, black pepper and cinnamon to it.
- Add curry paste and a little water to the same pan. Mix it well and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Add 150 ml water to the pan when oil separates from curry paste and put kofta balls. Let it cook on high flame for 5 minutes until the water dries. Stir in between to avoid it from sticking on bottom.
- When water starts drying add curd (vegan) and cover it with lid. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn the flame off when oil is separated from gravy. Garnish it with coriander and serve.
