VEG BYTZ JAALFREZI

Ingredients

  • Onion – 2 medium
  • Red, yellow, and green bell pepper (sliced) – 1 each
  • Green chili (finely chopped) – 3 to 4
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato (finely chopped) – 2 medium
  • Vegetarian bytz – 1 packet
  • Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Oil – 2 to 3 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce – 2 to 3 tablespoons
  • Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon

Method

  • First of all, put oil in a pan and let it heat.
  • Add onion in hot oil and cook it for a few minutes and then add ginger garlic paste and cook on high flame for 1 minute.
  • Now add tomato, and tomato sauce in it. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add sliced Veg Bytz in the same pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add soya sauce and all the spices. Cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  • Now put sliced onion, green chilli, bell peppers, and mix well.
  • Veg Bytz jaalfrizi is ready to be served.
