VEG BYTZ DESI

Ingredients

  • Garlic (crushed) – 2 to 3 tablespoon
  • Onion (finely chopped) – 2 to 3 medium
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetarian bytz – 1 packet
  • Health guard oil – 2 to 3 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 3 teaspoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Cumin powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Whole red chilli – 5 to 7 pieces
  • Coriander seeds (crushed) – 1 tablespoon

Method

Marinade for Veg Bytz:

  • Empty a packet of Veg Bytz in a mixing bowl and separate the pieces with your hands.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, salt and one tablespoon oil in it and mix well with Veg Bytz pieces. Leave it aside for 15 minutes to marinate.

Veg Bytz desi recipe:

  • Add 3 tablespoon oil in a pan and let it heat.
  • Once oil gets hot add the marinated Veg Bytz in it and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Add following spices to the Veg Bytz: coriander seeds, whole red chilli, crushed garlic, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt as per taste and cook it for 10 minutes on high flame.
  • Turn the flame to lowest and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame and Veg Bytz desi is ready to be served with roti or any bread of your choice.
