VEG BYTZ DAALVADA

Ingredients

  • Onion (chopped) – 3 big
  • Ginger – 1 inch piece
  • Coriander (chopped) – 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato (Finely chopped) – 1 medium
  • Garlic (Finely chopped) – 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetarian Bytz (chopped) – Half packet
  • Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Red chilli powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon – 1 to 2 small pieces
  • Gram flour – 3 tablespoon
  • Roasted daal – 2 to 3 tablespoon
  • Coconut (grated) – 1 tablespoon
  • Clove – 4 to 5

Method

  • Take a mixer grinder jar and put the following ingredients in it: All the vegetables, roasted daal, coconut, cinnamon, clove, red chilli powder and salt. Now grind it and make paste out of it.
  • Add Veg Bytz to the same jar and grind it along with the above prepared paste.
  • Add gram flour in the paste and mix well to make dough like consistency.
  • Make small vada from the dough and deep fry it in hot oil (on low flame).
  • Veg bytz vada is ready to eat, serve it with tomato sauce or green chutney.
