- Take a mixer grinder jar and put the following ingredients in it: All the vegetables, roasted daal, coconut, cinnamon, clove, red chilli powder and salt. Now grind it and make paste out of it.
- Add Veg Bytz to the same jar and grind it along with the above prepared paste.
- Add gram flour in the paste and mix well to make dough like consistency.
- Make small vada from the dough and deep fry it in hot oil (on low flame).
- Veg bytz vada is ready to eat, serve it with tomato sauce or green chutney.
