VEG BYTZ 65

Ingredients

  • Green chili – 4
  • Curry leaves – 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger garlic paste – 3 teaspoon
  • Vegetarian bytz – 1 packet
  • Health guard oil – 2 spoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Red chili powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder – Half teaspoon
  • Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
  • Refined wheat flour- 2 tablespoon
  • Corn flour – 2 tablespoon
  • Chat masala – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon

Method

  • Heat 2 tablespoon health guard oil in pan.
  • Add Veg Bytz in the oil and roast them for a few minutes.
  • When the Veg Bytz are roasted add salt to it.
  • When Veg Bytz are fully cooked transfer them to a plate and let them cool.
  • Take a bowl and add following ingredients to it: ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • Now add refined flour, corn flour and water to make paste out of it.
  • Add green chilli, curry leaves and roasted veg btyz to it. Mix all these ingredients well.
  • Add oil in a pan and heat it.
  • Put Veg Bytz one by one in hot oil and deep fry them.
  • Now add black pepper to it and Veg Bytz 65 is ready to serve.
