PROTEIZ SEEKH KABAB

Ingredients

  • Onion – 3 medium
  • Green chilli – 4 to 5 pieces
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) – 2 to 3 tablespoon
  • Ginger – 1 inch piece
  • Garlic – 2 tablespoon

  • Refined flour – 2 tablespoon
  • Corn flour – 2 tablespoon
  • Kashmiri red chilli – 2 teaspoon

Method

  • Add proteiz to boiled water for 10 minutes. Once it become soft remove the excess water from proteiz and transfer it to mixer grinder along with the vegetables.
  • Grind all the ingredients and make fine paste.
  • Transfer the proteiz paste to a mixing bowl and add all the spice powders to it and mix well.
  • Now add refined flour and corn flour to the mixture and mix well.
  • Make small kababs with the help of seekh and keep them in a plate.
  • Keep this plate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Now Deep fry the kababs in a nonstick pan and serve with green chutney and onion.
