- Add proteiz to boiled water for 10 minutes. Once it become soft remove the excess water from proteiz and transfer it to mixer grinder along with the vegetables.
- Grind all the ingredients and make fine paste.
- Transfer the proteiz paste to a mixing bowl and add all the spice powders to it and mix well.
- Now add refined flour and corn flour to the mixture and mix well.
- Make small kababs with the help of seekh and keep them in a plate.
- Keep this plate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Now Deep fry the kababs in a nonstick pan and serve with green chutney and onion.
