PROTEIZ PURI

Ingredients

  • Proteiz – 100 g
  • Red chili powder – 1 to 2 teaspoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Flour – 1 kg
  • Oil – 1 ltr
  • Cumin seeds – 2 teaspoon

Method

  • Take flour in a wide utensil and put 1 kg flour, 2 spoon oil, cumin seeds, carrom seeds and mix lightly.
  • Add boiled and finely chopped proteiz in the flour.
  • Now add water to it and make soft dough out of it.
  • Make small puries anf deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame. Serve it with aaloo sabzi.
