- Put milk (vegan) in a deep pan and turn on the flame.
- Boil proteiz plus and tear them into very small pieces with your hands.
- Add boiled proteiz plus to milk along with sugar.
- Boil it till the milk is reduced to half in quantity.
- Now mix cardamom powder and proteiz plus rabdi is ready to serve.
- You can make kulfi from this rabdi with the help of ice cream mold or scooper.
