PROTEIZ PLUS KHEER

Ingredients

  • Proteiz plus – 50g
  • Sugar – 2 to 3 cups
  • Milk (vegan) – 1 liter
  • Dried coconut (powdered) – 1 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg – 1 teaspoon
  • Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Kheer masala – 1 tablespoon
  • Raisins – 1 tablespoon

Method

  • Add 50 g proteiz plus to boiled water and leave it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes cut it in small pieces.
  • Boil milk (vegan) in a deep pan for some time and then add the proteiz plus to it.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients except kheer masala and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Once fully cooked garnish it with kheer masala and serve.
