- Boil proteiz / proteiz + and remove all the excess water from it. Coarsely grind it.
- Add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and chopped coriander.
- Add all the spice powders in it.
- Mix all the ingredients well. Add 3 to 4 spoon refined flour and water to it and mix.
- Make small balls from it.
- Make paste from refined flour and water. Dip the ball in this paste.
- Now carefully cover this ball is biscuit/bread crumbs.
- Deep fry these balls in oil until crisp.
- Transfer these balls to paper napkin.
- Insert toothpick in each ball and Proteiz lollipop is ready to be served.
