PROTEIZ LOLIPOP

Ingredients

  • Onion – 2 medium
  • Ginger – 1-inch piece
  • Garlic – 1
  • Coriander leaves
  • Proteiz
  • Red chili powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Coriander – 1 to 2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
  • Oil – 250 g
  • Proteiz
  • Red chili powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Coriander – 1 to 2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
  • Oil – 250 g

Method

  • Boil proteiz / proteiz + and remove all the excess water from it. Coarsely grind it.
  • Add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and chopped coriander.
  • Add all the spice powders in it.
  • Mix all the ingredients well. Add 3 to 4 spoon refined flour and water to it and mix.
  • Make small balls from it.
  • Make paste from refined flour and water. Dip the ball in this paste.
  • Now carefully cover this ball is biscuit/bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry these balls in oil until crisp.
  • Transfer these balls to paper napkin.
  • Insert toothpick in each ball and Proteiz lollipop is ready to be served.
