PROTEIZ DAHI VADA RECIPE

Ingredients

  • Proteiz
  • Red chilli powder – 2 to 3 teaspoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Curd (vegan) – 500g
  • Cumin powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoon

Method

  • Boil proteiz in hot water for 10 minutes and wash them with cold water after 10 minutes.
  • Add curd and sugar in a bowl and refrigerate it for half an hour.
  • Now add the boiled proteiz in curd and mix everything well.
  • Sprinkle red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt as per taste, and tamarind chutney. Mix and keep it in fridge for next 10 minutes and then enjoy yummy proteiz dahi vada.
