MISSAL PAO (WITH CURRY PASTE)

Ingredients

  • Onion (finely chopped) – 1
  • Lemon – 1
  • Salt – As per taste
  • MY SECRET curry paste – 1 packet
  • Whole green gram – 50 g
  • Whole white pea – 50 g
  • Black chickpeas – 50 g
  • Sev (for missal)
  • Pav – 2 to 4 pieces

Note: Soak the black chickpeas, pea and green gram for 4 to 5 hours in water.

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan. AddMY SECRET curry paste in it and cook for 10 minutes on high flame.
  • After 10 minutes turn off the flame. Gravy for missal is ready.
  • Serve the missal in a plate and add the following ingredients in it: Chopped onion, sev, black chickpeas, peas, green grams and lemon juice.
  • Missal is ready. Serve it with pav.
