CHOLE CURRY (WITH CURRY PASTE)

Ingredients

  • Onion – 1 medium
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
  • MY SECRET Curry paste
  • Health guard oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
  • Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Chickpeas (boiled) – 250 g (3 cups)

Method

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let seeds pop.
  • Add onion and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the curry paste to the pan along with salt (as required) and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Add boiled chickpeas to the gravy and cook for 5 to 7.
  • Turn the flame to low and cover the pan with lid. Cook it for 2 minutes.

Chole curry is ready, serve it with paratha
