- Add gram flour, salt, carrom seeds, oil, and water in a mixing bowl and knead it into a dough.
- Make small rolls from this gram flour dough. Boil these rolls in water until they become soft.
- Let the rolls cool down. Cut them into small pieces and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and cumin seeds. Let the seeds pop.
- Add finely chopped garlic and cook it well.
- Now add onion and green chilli and cook them well.
- Add curry paste and cook for some time.
- Now add a glass of water and let it come to a boil. Add the prepared pieces (besan gatte) to the gravy and cook on medium flame them until its water dries up.
- Garnish the prepared besan gatte curry with coriander leaves and serve.
